Orders and deliveries

Open the order in the MedsDoor app to see its status, chat with the pharmacy or follow your rider. Share the delivery OTP only when the parcel is in your hands.

Refunds

If an order is cancelled after you paid online, the refund goes back to the same payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Pharmacies and delivery partners

Application status and document requests are shown in the MedsDesk and MedsRun apps.
