MedsDoor is a marketplace operated by ProEmTech Infosystems Private Limited that connects patients with independent licensed pharmacies (using MedsDesk) and independent delivery partners (using MedsRun).

Medicines and prescriptions

Medicines are sold by the pharmacy that accepts your order, not by MedsDoor. Prescription medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription, and the pharmacist may refuse or change an order as the law requires.

Quotes, payment and delivery

Prices are set by each pharmacy and include GST. Payment is collected by Razorpay or, where offered, as cash on delivery. Delivery is completed when you share the delivery OTP with the partner.

Pharmacies and delivery partners

Pharmacies and partners must keep their licences and KYC documents valid and follow the rules shown in their app. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, invalid documents or repeated failed orders.
