MedsDoor, MedsDesk and MedsRun are operated by ProEmTech Infosystems Private Limited, Focus 1, 310, Outer Ring Rd, HRBR Layout 3rd Block, HBR Layout 4th Block, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043, India. This policy explains what we collect when you use the apps and why.

What we collect

• Account details: your mobile number, name and, if you add them, email and delivery addresses.
• Prescriptions and orders: prescription images you upload, the medicines quoted and the orders you place.
• Location: your delivery address location, and for MedsRun partners, live location while online or on a delivery.
• KYC documents: for pharmacies (drug licences, GST, pharmacist registration) and delivery partners (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, vehicle RC).
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive payment status and reference numbers, never your card or UPI PIN.

How we use it

To match your order with nearby pharmacies, deliver it, issue invoices, verify pharmacies and partners, prevent fraud and meet legal record-keeping duties for medicine sales.

Who sees it

A prescription is shared only with the pharmacies your order is offered to. Your name, phone and address are shared with the pharmacy that fulfils the order and the partner who delivers it, only for that order. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your choices

We keep order and invoice records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to correct or delete your account details by writing to info@proemtech.com.
